Parking under control. From entry to payment.
A complete parking system for retail centres and shop parking areas.
Cameras, license-plate recognition, online payments and enforcement — from a single supplier, one contract, one SLA. Consultation is non-binding.
§01 — What we do
Two things that make the whole system.
The parking platform including enforcement — and camera systems. We build both and we carry the contract for both.
- Parking platform. ANPR, pricing, online payments via pay.bonzpatrol.cz, contractual-penalty enforcement.
- CCTV camera systems. Design, installation, operation and service. From general monitoring to license-plate recognition.
§02 — How it works
Five steps, one supplier.
What happens when a vehicle enters a BonzPatrol car park — from entry to payment.
- The camera runs 24/7.It recognises vehicles and evaluates the parking duration in real time.
- The system works out the price.Per-car-park rules — free period, hourly rate, penalty amount.
- The driver pays online.Via pay.bonzpatrol.cz, GoPay gateway. No app, no signup.
- Enforcement — only if needed.Contractual penalty under the car park’s rules, evidenced by a camera record.
- Reports and permitted-plate lists.Reports per car park and across the portfolio. In the self-service portal the operator maintains the list of permitted plates (employees).
§03 — Which car parks
For every car park.
Anywhere rules apply — length of stay, restricted entry, the duty to pay — we can enforce them.
- Retail centres 200–1,500 spaces Higher turnover, fewer complaints, one supplier instead of five.
- Office buildings & business parks 50–800 spaces Visitors, staff, contractors — each group on its own rules, no barriers or tags.
- Residential complexes 30–500 spaces Tenants on the permitted-plate list, controlled guest entry, zero tolerance for unknown vehicles.
- Hotels, clinics, fitness venues 10–200 spaces Short stays, clear rules for drivers, viable even with one entrance and one sign.
§04 — Price and pilot
Pricing logic that fits your operation.
You pick the shape of the tariff — and how the free period is counted.
Shape of the tariff
- Free parking with a time limit retail, shopping centres The first 90 minutes are free, so spaces keep turning over for customers. Anyone who overstays pays the contractual penalty set by the car park’s rules.
- Hourly tariff paid car park Online payment from minute one, or first hour free with hourly billing thereafter.
- Free period, then an hourly rate high-turnover retail The first few hours from arrival are free, then a rate per commenced hour. Unpaid parking is not written off — we itemise it and pursue it alongside the contractual penalty.
- Permitted plates free, everyone else pays offices, residential Employees, partners and tenants have their plates on the list. Anyone not on it pays the standard rate.
What the free period attaches to
This choice matters more than the rate — it decides how often a driver qualifies for the free period again.
- Every visit. Leave and come back and you qualify again.
- The calendar day. Every visit that day shares one free period. Once it is used up it does not return until midnight.
- A visit, after a real break. A fresh free period only after a longer gap. Drive out and straight back in and you carry on where you left off.
If your model isn’t in the list — your own tariff, daily limits, breach-only zones — we’ll build it. We develop the software ourselves, so rule changes are quick — on a longer contract or several car parks we do not charge for them. Consultation is non-binding.

Cookies § Cookies
The bonzpatrol.cz website stores no cookies or other identifiers in your browser. We do not use analytics, marketing or functional cookies. No tracking. No third parties. The site is static (pre-rendered).
The hosting platform (CDN or web server) may set strictly-necessary cookies — typically for bot protection (DDoS), session handling, or edge caching. These cookies do not track visitors and, under § 89(3) Act No. 127/2005 Coll., do not require consent — without them the site cannot be delivered.
The sign-in applications — the payment portal pay.bonzpatrol.cz and the customer portal app.bonzpatrol.cz — do use cookies, but strictly-necessary ones only: a sign-in cookie that keeps your session and a security token against request forgery (CSRF). They do not track you across sites, are not shared with third parties and, under § 89(3) of the same Act, do not require consent — without them you cannot sign in or pay.
On the payment gateway’s own pages, to which the portal redirects you when paying, cookies are set by the gateway operator under its own policy.
If we add analytics cookies in the future (for example a privacy-friendly tool such as Plausible, which does not track across sites), a cookie banner with a reject option will appear on the site.
